Refund Policy

This policy describes how refund requests are handled for RanWheel purchases processed through Paddle.

Monthly plan refunds

If you believe a Monthly charge was made in error, contact support promptly with your purchase details.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle according to the merchant-of-record workflow.

Cancellation timing

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically backdate charges already processed.

Any exception-based refund decision is made against the circumstances of the transaction.

Include your purchase email, transaction reference, and a short explanation of the issue when requesting support.
